Tax invoices will be issued for all orders, including valid GST details if provided at checkout (B2B customers).

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Pricing errors, if identified, may result in order cancellation.

You agree to provide valid and authorised payment details. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and NEFT/IMPS transfers.

For B2B customers:

  • Credit terms (if any) must be pre-approved in writing.
  • Delayed payments may incur interest as per applicable law or agreed terms.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We dispatch orders via reliable third-party courier or logistics providers.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Risk and title transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our premises.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, strikes, or natural events.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which may vary for B2B and B2C customers.

Key notes:

  • B2C: Consumer returns accepted within a specified period if the product is unused and in original packaging.
  • B2B: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, and must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

8. Intellectual Property

All product data, images, specifications, manuals, brochures, and catalogues displayed on our website or shared through other channels are the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers, suppliers, or brand owners. Sangam Traderss does not claim ownership over any such content and displays it solely for the purpose of marketing, sales, and customer information.
