Return, Refund, Replacement, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

General Terms

All products sold through the Sangam Traderss eCommerce Platform are directly fulfilled by Sangam Traderss. This ensures:

·        Delivery of 100% genuine products.

·        Safe and timely delivery through our trusted logistics partners.

·        Minimal risk of delays or product damage.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same day. Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 working days from the date of order.

Return & Replacement Policy

1. At the Time of Delivery:

·        If you wish to return the product, please hand it over at the time of delivery.

·        Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, post-verification of the returned product.

Returns will not be accepted if:

·        The product seal is broken.

·        The product has been used.

·        The item is part of a combo/set, and only a portion is being returned.

TT   The product packaging is damaged.

 2. Damaged or Incorrect Product:

·        If the product is not as per your order, we will arrange a free replacement.

·        Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by:

·        Kindly share photos or videos of the issue along with invoice details to register your complaint.

3. Inspection Process:

·        Return must include original Invoice, packaging, fillers, tags, certificates, freebies, and all accessories.

·        After successful inspection, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.

4. Time Limit for Returns:

  • Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the receipt of the product.

Refund Policy

1. Failed Transaction:

·        If your payment was deducted but the order was not placed, email us at sangamskyshop@gmail.com.

·        Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

2. Order Cancellation Refunds:

·        Within 24 hours of order: No penalty.

·        After 24 hours and up to 7 days of invoice generation: 25% cancellation fee; balance refunded within 7–10 working days.

·        No refund if:

o   Product is damaged or used.

o   Item is part of a combo/set, and returned partially.

o   Tags, labels, packaging, certificates, or accessories are missing.

3. Missed Delivery:

·        Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.

·        If undelivered, the parcel will be held for 3 days and then returned.

·        Upon return, the order will be auto-cancelled and the refund processed as per policy.

Cancellation Policy

o   Within 24 hours of placement.

o   Before dispatch.

·        Partial cancellations are not permitted.

·        If the customer is unreachable at the scheduled delivery slot, the order will be cancelled after 24 hours.

Warranty Policy

 

1. Electrical & Automation Products

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects only
  • Exclusions:
    • Damage due to fire, accident, or misuse
    • Improper maintenance
    • Failure of electronic parts caused by over-voltage or overheating

2. Wiring Devices & Accessories

  • Switches: 10-year warranty (from manufacturing date)
  • Electronic Items (e.g., fan regulators, dimmers, USB chargers): 1-year warranty
  • Coloured Materials & Plates: 1-year warranty

Note: The warranty is void if:

  • Products are tampered with or physically damaged
  • Used improperly or not maintained correctly

  • Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
  • We aim to resolve warranty claims within 3 working days.
