Payment Terms

• We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI (Google Pay), Cash on Delivery (COD), and Pay at Store.

• Orders paid via Bank Transfer and UPI will be processed only after payment confirmation.

• COD and Pay at Store orders are processed immediately without prior payment confirmation.

• Please ensure that you provide correct payment details and include your Order ID in bank transfers or UPI payments.

• For UPI payments, sharing a payment confirmation screenshot helps speed up order processing.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (except COD and Pay at Store which are processed immediately).

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. We will keep you informed about any delays.

• Delivery is available within Uttar Pradesh, India, with typical shipping times of 2–7 business days, depending on your location and order size.

• Shipping charges are borne by the customer and calculated based on delivery location and product weight/size. Final shipping fees will be communicated to you once our delivery partner provides the details.

• You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details or pickup instructions once your order is shipped or ready for collection.

• For Pay at Store orders, you will be notified when your order is ready to pick up.

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or logistics issues. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
